If you fill out a quote request, we collect what you type into it: your name, company, phone number, email address, delivery ZIP code, and whatever details you give us about the order. We only ask for what we need to price a load and get back to you.

Like most websites, we also collect basic technical information automatically — the pages you visit, roughly where you are, what browser you are using, and which ad or search brought you here.

How we use it

• To answer your quote request and get you pricing
• To follow up about your order or an order you have placed before
• To understand which ads and pages actually bring in customers, so we do not waste money on the ones that do not

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to a list broker. We do not send marketing email to people who only asked for a quote.

We do share it with the handful of services listed below, but only so they can do a job for us — deliver the form to our inbox, or tell us which ad brought you here. That is different from selling it, and we want to be plain about the difference.

Who else touches it

A few service providers handle data on our behalf, and only for the purposes above:

• Web3Forms delivers quote-request submissions to our email inbox.
• Google Ads tells us which ads produced a call or a quote request. Google places cookies for this. You can control ad personalization at myadcenter.google.com, and opt out of interest-based ads across many companies at optout.aboutads.info.
• GitHub Pages hosts this website.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies

This site uses cookies for advertising measurement, as described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works fine without them.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests as long as we are doing business with you, and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. If you want yours deleted, ask and we will take care of it.

Your choices

Children

This is a wholesale pine straw business. The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
